Dynamic and creative sequences are designed to create focus, wake the inner body and still the mind. Advanced poses may be given in these classes and modifications for the less experienced student. There may be music, chanting, Pranayama and Meditation.

Level 2-3 Advanced Flow
Our most challenging class, where the emphasis is on strength building, core, arm balancing and inversions. Poses are linked with the breath in this Vinyasa flow class. Dynamic and creative sequences are designed to create focus, wake the inner body and still the mind. Advanced poses will be given in this class but will be built from a safe foundation and worked into intelligently with humor and humility! Work at your own pace.

Rise and Stretch
Start your day off right. Open up to the morning with sun saluations and gentle stretches. Practice ends with a couple energizing poses to get you through your day followed by a restorative savasana. Class leaves you feeling rejuvinated and awake, ready to begin your day.

Core Flow teaches you to sense your core muscles, to initiate movement from a strong center, and integrate it with the breath. Expect fortifying posture variations and flow sequences, pranayama, and deep, focused abdominal work used to tap into the source of strength, balance, and power that lies within you. *Not appropriate for pregnancy. 1 hour
Easy Does It
A perfect for those who wish to experience the benefits of Yoga but who don't feel ready for our Level 1. We like to call this class our .5 level. Long warm ups on the floor to start, working up to standing postures and then a long cool down and stretch.
