Should I book in advance?

We do advise that you book in advance, but if you aren’t able to, our desk person is happy to help when you arrive. Please download our mobile app HERE

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel your class directly through the mobile app. Please note that there is a 3 hour cancellation policy for our Structural Strength class.

How do I take a class online through zoom?

Book the ONLINE version of the class and your emailed booking confirmation and class reminder will contain the zoom link and password to access the live classroom

I want to access the On Demand Library

Our On Demand Library is a complimentary feature available during the New Student Special and to Unlimited access Members. Please email info@risinglotusyoga.com to receive instructions on how to create your account and log in. We use the platform Hey Marvelous and the link is HERE

Is it ok to be late for class?

We have a 10 minute grace period for class. Please allow yourself ample time to park so that you can arrive calm and ready for your class.

Do I need to bring a mat?

Are phones allowed in class?

Accepted Answer

No. We ask that you turn your phone completely off and store it, along with any other belongings in a cubby in the practice room. We do not allow filming or phones beside you while you practice. We are a distraction free studio.
