NOURISH THE HEART WITH EMILY BROMS SATURDAY, JULY 11TH, 1PM – 3PM
The yin to your yang. The cool to your hot. The moon to your sun. Yin is more than just relaxing postures on the mat. Yin restores balance in our bodies and minds.
In our time together, we will examine the Heart meridian and its yang equivalent, the Small Intestine, to bring a cooling balance to the heat of summer.
Our workshop will cover:

What is Chi and how it flows through the meridians of the body

How excess heat can bring about challenging emotions, energies, and physical disturbances to your body and mind

Create balance with a heart centered yin practice, meditation and breath awareness.
Please bring : your mat, a journal and pen, a nourishing beverage, and wear comfortable clothing. I’m looking forward to spending an afternoon nourishing the heart with you.
SACRED SOUNDBATH RITUAL WITH PAULA MIRANDA, THURSDAY JULY 30TH, 7:30PM-9:00PM
Join Paula as we gather in community for a deeply restorative experience. Through ancient healing vibrations and sound frequency rooted in intuitive spiritual guidance to support the mind, body, soul as it eases into realignment and balance. Using a system of aligned crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and vocal tones to soothe your soul. You will be gently guided into a deeply healing meditative and restful state of bliss. We begin with gentle guided breath and subtle movements to help open and ground you preparing you into stillness to receive. Release stress, clear energetic stagnation, and soothe the nervous system. Lets continue to celebrate living in 2026 with beautiful experiences, calibrated in togetherness.
Paula Miranda is an indigenous intuitive whom has been listening to the call for sharing her gifts since 2008. A certified practitioner and guide in fascia release, yoga, reiki, somatic release, and body alignment. She inherited various healing modalities and techniques that span over four generations of the women in her family lineage. She resides currently in LA with her son, Axel and rescue dog, Coconut. She is passionate about what you put in your body, how you treat your body, and words spoken with thoughtful intention.

RESTING IN THE SPACE BETWEEN BEING AWAKE & DREAM STATES. GUIDED MEDITATION WITH IMAGERY.
Thoughts come & go, like the steady current of a fast moving river. In our yoga practice, we learn to observe these thoughts as they drift by, without attachment or judgment.
In this Yoga Nidra guided meditation, we will settle into a comfortable position and bring awareness to the body, allowing the mind to soften and come to rest. As you relax, simply witness your thoughts as they move downstream—coming and going in their own time. Notice what unfolds when you remain an observer.
