Testimonials
PJ Olay
Yoga teacher training has been such a profound and unique experience for me! I’ve become more confident and connected to myself spiritually, energetically and mentally, while strengthening and deepening my Asana practice. I felt safe to be vulnerable in the container that our teachers Claire, Daniel, Nina, and Micki created for our group. Their approach to yoga teacher training is taught in such a way that is relevant and easily applied to modern everyday life

Rising Lotus is a gem. The atmosphere, feeling of community and quality of classes is top notch. Their yoga teacher training was an incredible experience ... .it is truly the Ivy League of trainings. Claire is a passionate pioneer in the anatomical science of the body and how it relates to yoga poses. Daniel, with his psychotherapy practice and warm- heartedness, is the perfect person to learn from in the area of yogic philosophy. It was a beautiful bonding experience, a deep dive into one’s body and soul, set in a safe and welcoming space. I cannot recommend it enough

Rising Lotus Yoga's Teacher Training program is nothing short of transformative. The instructors offer a perfect balance of wisdom, compassion, and deep-rooted knowledge that creates a truly supportive and inspiring environment. Every session felt intentional and grounded in tradition, yet totally accessible and empowering. I walked away not just with the tools to teach, but with a stronger sense of self and a lifelong connection to the practice
